Vacuum brazing of stainless steel and TC4 titanium is an advanced joining technology used to manufacture high-performance components for aerospace, medical, semiconductor, vacuum, and precision engineering applications. This process combines the excellent corrosion resistance and strength of stainless steel with the lightweight, high-strength, and biocompatible properties of TC4 titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), creating durable and reliable multi-material assemblies.
The brazing process is carried out in a high-vacuum brazing furnace using a specially selected filler alloy.
