Vacuum annealing of stainless steel corrugated pipes is a precision heat treatment process used to improve material stability, flexibility, and dimensional accuracy. Corrugated pipes are widely used in heat exchangers, semiconductor equipment, chemical systems, vacuum equipment, and industrial fluid-handling applications where corrosion resistance and reliable performance are essential.
During manufacturing, forming and corrugation can introduce internal stresses into the stainless steel.
