Stainless Steel Capillary Heat Exchanger – Vacuum Brazed Product

Vacuum-brazed stainless steel capillary heat exchangers are precision-engineered thermal management components designed for efficient heat transfer in compact and demanding applications. Their fine capillary channels provide a large heat-transfer area while the stainless steel construction offers excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term durability.

During vacuum brazing, the capillary tubes and stainless steel components are assembled with a suitable brazing filler alloy and heated inside a high-vacuum furnace. The oxygen-free environment prevents oxidation and contamination, allowing the filler metal to flow evenly through the joints and create strong, clean, leak-tight connections. Precise temperature control also helps minimize distortion and maintain the dimensional accuracy of the small channels.

The finished product provides reliable heat transfer, excellent pressure resistance, and stability under repeated thermal cycling. Compared with conventional welding or mechanical joining, vacuum brazing is particularly advantageous for complex capillary structures because it can create multiple joints simultaneously while maintaining a clean and consistent finish.

Vacuum-brazed stainless steel capillary heat exchangers are suitable for semiconductor equipment, laboratory instruments, refrigeration systems, medical equipment, chemical processing, aerospace systems, and advanced industrial cooling applications where compact design, efficient heat transfer, cleanliness, and reliability are essential.
